Permits, Licenses, and Inspections

The Permit Center gives you the ability to:

• Apply for Engineering and Planning Permits
• Apply for and renew Short-term Rental Licenses
• Apply for and renew Message Establishment Licenses
• Check the status of your permit, license or application
• Pay fees online
• Request and view inspections
• Review inspection activity and results

The Permit Center provides public access to the current status of permits, licenses, and applications. You will need to log in to your account to pay fees or schedule/view any inspections you have submitted. If you do not know your access code, please contact the department associated with your permit.
